Founded by Jesse León

Author of I'm Not Broken, speaker, executive coach, and advocate Jesse León created Alliance Way Foundation to help ensure that no survivor is excluded from services, support, or opportunity because of gender, identity, geography, or circumstance.

Drawing from lived experience and decades of leadership across housing, philanthropy, public policy, and systems change, the Foundation works to bridge gaps between sectors and create pathways to healing and thriving.
